Police say Thi Lan Nguyen suffers from several medical conditions.

She left her home on Thursday to go shopping but hasn’t been seen since.
Nguyen is described as a 53-year-old Vietnamese female, 5 foot 5 inches,130 pounds with shoulder length black hair and black eyes.
