PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. – One person is dead after a house fire late Monday evening in Prince Albert, Sask.
Prince Albert police say the call came in around 11:45 p.m.
The body of an unidentified person was located after the fire was extinguished.
An autopsy has been ordered by the coroner’s office.
Members of the forensic identification section and criminal investigation division, along with fire investigators and the coroner’s office, continue to investigate the cause of the fatal blaze.
Police are releasing no other details at this time.
