TORONTO – Germany, a country that loves its Bratwursts, is — according to new data released Monday — also big on penis enlargements.
According to the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), Germany performed the most penis enlargements (2,786) of the more than 15,000 that were done last year around the world.
Iran performed the fewest (12).

In all, more than 23 million surgical and nonsurgical cosmetic procedures were performed worldwide.
According to ISAPS, the most common surgical procedure in 2013 was breast augmentation (1,773,584 operations were performed) while liposuction came in second at 1,614,031.
The most popular nonsurgical procedure was botulinum toxin (Botox), with 5,145,189 injections given, while fillers and resorbables came in second with 3,089,686 procedures recorded.
