VANCOUVER – London Drugs has announced they will be giving eight surveillance cameras to North Shore Rescue.
This comes after the fourth theft of crucial emergency supplies from a North Shore Rescue cache.
It is hoped that the donated cameras will help to prevent future thefts or help to catch those responsible.
Donation boxes will also be placed at the checkout of the two London Drugs North Shore locations – on Lonsdale Avenue and Park Royal.
To directly support North Shore Rescue, you can also donate at their website www.northshorerescue.com.
Anyone with information on the thefts is asked to call the North Vancouver RCMP at 604-985-1311 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
