Weather update: Tuesday July 15th 4:45pm
Temps are peaking in the low to high 30’s this afternoon across the Southern Interior, and we will see more of the same hot conditions tomorrow.
Thursday will also be slightly cooler, but still well above seasonal.
However, changes are upon us this weekend.
The upper ridge that has been holding steady over BC will break down and cooler air will move in gradually by the end of the work week.
Many areas will see increasing cloud on Friday, with the risk for showers this weekend.
The highest potential for showers according to the most recent weather model data is on Sunday afternoon.
Wednesday’s High: 30 to 38C
