ARMSTRONG — The house is partly destroyed but crews managed to save the bride’s wedding dress.
Fire broke out at an Armstrong home on Lockhart Street Sunday afternoon.
Fire crews say the flames appeared to have started on a deck and quickly spread to the main floor of the house.

There were seven people in the home at the time, preparing for a wedding.
All managed to get out safely including pets.
Crews did manage to save a number of items from the home including the bride’s wedding dress.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
