One dead after crash north of Maple Creek, Sask.

REGINA – A 47-year-old man has been killed in motorcycle crash near Maple Creek.

RCMP say the driver of the motorcycle was heading west on Highway 1 when he hit the rear of a transport truck which was crossing the junction for Highway 1 and 21.

The motorcycle driver was pronounced dead at the scene and the driver of the transport truck did not require any medical attention.

Drivers can expect delays in this area as RCMP traffic analyst is en route to the scene.
