PETERBOROUGH, Ont. – The body of an Alberta man who was reported missing in Peterborough, Ont., on April 16th has been found.
It was recovered from the Otonabee River yesterday, not far from where 41-year-old Joseph Petrunia was last seen two months ago.

An extensive air and ground search was conducted at the time but came up empty.
Petrunia had been visiting with family at a Peterborough nursing home when he apparently wandered off.
Police say foul play is not suspected in his death.
