VANCOUVER – A man is now recovering in hospital after he fell from the railway bridge, next to the Pattullo Bridge, and had to be pulled from the cold water below.
It appears he was working on the railway bridge when he fell.

RCMP, Surrey and New Westminster fire crews and the Coast Guard all responded to the call of someone in the water.
Surrey fire crews say a tugboat arrived shortly after 2:30 p.m. and pulled the person on board.
