TORONTO – A 28-year-old Toronto man has been charged with the murder of a five-month-old baby.
Huo Bin “Jack” Shen was charged Friday with second degree murder in the death of five-month-old Ye-Lin Huang.

Police started their investigation on Saturday when they were called to a Toronto hospital. They say he had “sustained significant injuries.”
Shen was not the boy’s father but is thought to be close to the family.
He appeared in court Friday morning.
Police continue to investigate.
