Truck driver Kevin Roper has been charged in connection to the accident early last Saturday that killed Morgan’s friend, James McNair. Roper has pleaded not guilty.

The video, shot by a passing motorist, shows Fuqua being pulled from the overturned mini-bus.’

Fuqua’s daughter Krizye posted a message on Instagram asking TMZ to remove the clip.

“They don’t understand how hurtful it is to see my father be dragged out of the wreckage,” she wrote. “This is hurting my heart so bad that this video is posted for all to see. No one should see my father this way.”

On Wednesday, comic actor Louis C.K. tweeted his support.

Director Judd Apatow added his voice.

Neither TMZ nor Levin have responded to the pleas to pull the video.

It is journalistic practice not to un-publish content except under exceptional circumstances.
