NAPANEE, Ont. – Provincial police say it’s been determined that the deaths of a husband and wife in the Napanee area were a murder-suicide.
Officers who went to the scene Friday (near Daley Road) in Tyendinaga Township found the body of a man.
The body of a woman was found nearby.
Police say post-mortem examinations determined that Patricia Asselstine, 43, was killed by her husband, Benjamin Lindsay, 47, who then committed suicide.
The investigation is continuing and anyone with information is asked to contact Napanee OPP.
