Hills of ice are slowly creeping toward homes in St. Laurent, Man., putting the community on edge.
The ice has blown off Lake Manitoba towards homes near Twin Lakes Beach, which was devastated in June 2011 when high winds caused massive waves to crash into the shore, destroying homes and cottages.

Some of the ice hills reach nine metres high, said residents in the community on the southeastern side of Lake Manitoba.
