Well-known Halifax hair stylist Fred Connors will drop by at 7:15 to talk with Crystal about his newest business venture south of the border. Word on the street is Fred is expanding his Northend business, Fred Salon into the Big Apple. We’ll get the dirt Wednesday morning.

At 7:45 Jill will head into the kitchen with Chef Richard and another young chef, for some tips on how to keep your kids involved in helping to prepare food at home. You’ll also get more information on how enter our latest contest from Uncle Ben’s Canada – and a chance to win a prize pack including a new wok and a selection of rice!
