CALGARY – Police are looking for help in finding a man wanted in connection with a frightening armed robbery last year.
It happened on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013.
The victim was at an ATM in the 500 block of 64 Avenue N.E. when a man held a handgun to his head and demanded money.
The victim gave the suspect $100 and was then forced to a second ATM.
When the victim told his attacker he didn’t have any more money – the suspect then demanded his cellphone instead.
The victim refused to hand it over and ran from the scene.
Police describe the suspect at 6’7”, 200 pounds, with a slim build and brown eyes. He was wearing a black hoodie, with a black and white scarf over his face, black gloves, and black pants.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
