REGINA – The Regina police have charged a 44-year old man with a total of 18 robbery-related charges in connection with nine robberies around Regina.
In the last two months, police have been dispatched to several robberies happening at Regina businesses; in all of the cases the suspect was described as Caucasian male between 30-50 years old and about six feet tall.
On Wednesday night, police saw a man entering a business on the 800 block of Victoria East, then leaving the store hastily only seconds later. The male was stopped by police and an investigation led to charges for eight other robberies in Regina from January 23-March 7.
Gregory Arthur Davis of Regina has been charged with nine charges of robbery and eight charges of wearing a disguise. He was also charged for breaching his probation.
Davis made his first court appearance on these charges in provincial court Thursday morning.
