It’s Brain Awareness Week, and we’re highlighting some of the cutting edge research being done in our region. At 6:45, we’ll meet Dr. Victor Rafuse of the Brain Repair Centre and Dr. Steven Beyea and find out more about the work they’re doing to improve the lives of Nova Scotians.

Entrepreneurs are the backbone of the economy, but how do they interact, and how does that foster innovation?  Ellen Farrell is trying to find out. We’ll meet the Associate Professor and head of the Entrepreneurship program at the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s at 7:15.

We’re getting a jump on St. Patrick’s Day at 7:45 when we meet Brian Doherty, Chair of the Charitable Irish Society of Halifax. He’ll be here to tell us about Saturday’s big St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Halifax.

Not everyone is a fan of government, but we could all probably agree that a Department of Common Sense might be a refreshing addition to any administration. Writer and playwright Ryan van Horne takes his government experience and turns it into a theatrical production. He’ll tell us more about it at 8:15.
