TORONTO – Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing Regina teenager who is believed to be hitchhiking to Toronto.
Angelica LaClaire, 14, was last seen in Moosomin, Sask., on Sunday.
Her family and authorities are concerned for her well-being and say she is travelling without her prescription medication.
She is described as aboriginal, about five-foot-five in height, weighing about 122 pounds, with long brown hair and blue eyes.
Angelica has pierced ears, sometimes wears glasses and may be wearing green sweatpants, a black jacket, brown boots and carrying a backpack, and may also have a nose ring.
Investigators believe she gives a false name and says she is from Vancouver when asking others for help.
