WINNIPEG – The cleanup is on after a watermain break in Charleswood Sunday night.
Crews were called to Laxdal Road around 5:30 p.m. after reports of gushing water.

The flooded street quickly turned to ice and there were concerns about water going into basements.
The city deployed a public works crew, eventually shutting off the water.
