Vaudreuil

Local politicians and the health care network say the future of the new Vaudreuil hospital could be jeopardized if Quebec doesn't find a way to retain and attract more skilled workers. A coalition of forces held a joint news conference warning that workers are leaving the region and heading to Ontario because the road to work permits and permanent residency is easier. As Tim Sargeant reports, the community says it desperately needs 10,000 new workers by 2030.
