Talking about mental health can be a challenge, especially for people struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder. One Canadian veteran and police officer in Ontario will be hitting the road on his bike this weekend, along with dozens of others, to help raise awareness for mental health. As Katherine Ward explains, he’s hoping to help people by opening up about his experiences.
