20 residents displaced after apartment fire in Winnipeg’s North End

Winnipeg Fire and Paramedic Service crews closed a section of Mountain Avenue between Salter Street and Charles Street to suppress an apartment fire on Sunday morning. One resident was treated by paramedics while the city’s emergency social services team assisted 20 residents who were displaced by the fire.
