Russia has hit 26 Ukrainian port facilities and destroyed 180,000 tonnes of grain since withdrawing from the Black Sea grain deal, most recently striking the port city of Izmail. As Crystal Goomansingh explains, this latest attack puts another barrier between Ukrainian grain and its customers.
