Federal government will work with Toronto ‘in constructive ways’ to solve refugee crisis: Trudeau

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Monday he had met with Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow about the ongoing refugee crisis in the city, adding that the federal government would work “in constructive ways” to help solve the issue. But he said the city and the province “have the large part of responsibility.”
