More fallout Wednesday after a technical glitch on the BC Ferries website. Not only did the error over-state sailing wait times, but we're also learning refunds could take up to six weeks. But as Kamil Karamali reports, the debacle is just one on a growing list of frustrations involving BC Ferries.
