Prep work for Quebec City’s new tramway leads to discovery of skeletons

Archeologists in Quebec City made an unusual discovery this month. They’ve been digging up a residential street in preparation for the city’s future tramway. But with Quebec City being one of the oldest cities in Canada, history can sometimes resurface. Global’s Franca Mignacca reports.
