Police use of force is a common and controversial topic of discussion for jurisdictions across North America - but rarely is the officer in question of the four-legged variety. But body camera footage from a traffic stop earlier this month shows a K9 officer attacking a truck driver in Ohio who appeared to be surrendering to police.
