A wildfire that sparked on Westside Road Monday night has now been classified as held, and evacuation alerts have been rescinded. A West Kelowna family is currently in the care of Emergency Social Services in the aftermath of a fire that destroyed their home. Residents of the Rutland area of Kelowna are expressing concerns over what some are calling a noticeable rise in crime.
