Tre Delaronde joined the blockade near Brady Road landfill on Monday to protest for the search of Prairie Green landfill with the hope of recovering the remains of two murdered women. The City of Winnipeg issued an evacuation order on Friday for blockade protesters to clear the road allowing access to the Brady landfill by noon Monday. Delaronde shared his reaction to the evacuation order and the province’s choice to reject a search.
