Sheila Gibbons, community engagement co-ordinator for Saskatoon Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), offered some tips for the public Thursday on how to handle potentially dangerous situations with unfamiliar dogs. Gibbons' safety tips follow a dog attack on a teen and a child Wednesday afternoon in the 2700 block of 33rd Street West.
