B.C. premier proposes legislation on open drug use in public spaces

One day after the City of Port Coquitlam became the latest municipality to ban open drug use in public spaces, Premier David Eby is proposing legislation he says would give all communities the ability to deal with any issues which may arise. Grace Ke reports.
