Final preparations are under way for a deep-sea expedition setting off this week from Vancouver Island The University of Victoria is partnering with Ocean Exploration Trust to explore the north east Pacific Ocean, departing from Port Alberni, and stopping at several points of interest, in hopes of exploring more about the hidden depths of the ocean.
