Commenting on an offer to Stellantis to keep its electric vehicle battery gigafactory in Windsor, Ont., Industry Minister François-Philippe Champagne said Tuesday that “when you look at the return on the economy on these investments, they are something that we’ve rarely seen in Canada’s history. “We’re winning, we’re in the big leagues,” Champagne said about his mission to attract investment to Canada.
