N.B. opens second physician-owned cataract surgery clinic

New Brunswick has opened a second physician-owned cataract surgery clinic in a bid to take pressure off the province’s overtaxed health-care system. While all the services are funded through Medicare, it is raising some questions about health-care privatization in the province. Suzanne Lapointe reports.
