Fire destroys home on Providence Line southeast of Peterborough

No injuries were reported after a fire destroyed a home in Otonabee-South Monaghan Township on Friday afternoon.
Crews responded around 3:20 p.m. to a fire on Providence Line.
Township fire chief Chuck Parsons says the blaze required firefighter support from several townships.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
