A major portion of Queen St. West is about to shut down for years with the start of Ontario Line construction and Toronto is working to reduce the inevitable congestion it will cause. On May 1, a stretch of Dundas St. will become a priority travel route, with the aim of keeping road clear of obstacles. Matthew Bingley reports.
