Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced new military aid for Ukraine on Tuesday, including 21,000 assault rifles and more than 2.4 million rounds of ammunition. He also said new sanctions would be applied against 14 Russian individuals and 34 entities, such as security targets linked to the Wagner Group. Nine entities related to Belarus’ financial sector would also see sanctions.
