Tens of thousands of households remain in the dark across Quebec, after an ice storm plunged more than 1.1 million Hydro-Québec customers into darkness. For some, it’s been five nights without electricity, heating or warm water and as Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, patience is starting to wear thin.
