Three days after Wednesday’s brutal ice storm, hundreds of thousands of Quebecers are still waiting to get their power restored. As Global’s Elizabeth Zogalis reports, the pace of the power restoration across the province is expected to slow down now that crews have dealt with the largest-scale outages.
