Calls to better regulate SUV sales

According to a recent study, the majority of SUV owners in Quebec are not using their vehicles to their full potential. The organization behind the study is advocating for greater regulation that it says, will help reduce the sales of these gas guzzlers. Global’s Brayden Jagger Haines has the story.
