West Island residents are now beginning the clean-up process following devastating flash flooding over the weekend that inundated hundreds of homes, stranded motorists, and left thousands without power. Some areas received as much as 150 millimetres of rain in just a few hours, with Pierrefonds-Roxboro among the hardest-hit communities.
