Are Montreal restaurants ready to face single-use plastics ban?

Montreal is taking a new step toward protecting the environment and reducing our dependency on the plastics industry. Many single-use plastics used by restaurants to serve food and drinks will be banned. Disposable utensils, containers, cups and coffee lids will largely become a thing of the past. But as Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, there are still a lot of challenges ahead to reach the zero plastic waste target.
