The small town of Amqui in eastern Quebec is in shock after a pickup truck plowed into a group of pedestrians, killing two people and injuring nine others. Police say the driver Steeve Gagnon, 38, did it on purpose. Mike Armstrong reports on what witnesses saw, what police say Gagnon did after the crash, and has reaction from a community in mourning.
