Toronto police, Bolo program offers reward for information leading to suspect arrest

For nearly ten months, a suspect in a 2022 homicide has managed to evade police. On Tuesday, Toronto police in partnership with BOLO announced a reward to anyone with information that leads to the arrest of Kiarash Parzham. Erica Vella reports.
