As the world marks the one-year anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, we’re looking at the many ways people in Edmonton are stepping up to help. A team of local firefighters has just returned from a training mission in Ukraine. They’re teaching Ukrainian first responders life-saving skills at a time it’s desperately needed. Firefighter Aid Ukraine’s Kevin Royles and Nelson Bate joined Global News at Noon Edmonton to share more about the important work their organization does.
