Manitoba RCMP Sgt. Tara Clelland detailed familiar red flags she sees in many human trafficking cases on Wednesday in which young people are lured through social media. Clelland said trafficking could begin with as little as a comment on a photo from any social media user, not necessarily a close contact, and develop into a predatory relationship.
