Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and game MVP Patrick Mahomes spoke on Monday following his team’s Super Bowl win against the Philadelphia Eagles. Mahomes shrugged off an ankle injury to lead the Kansas City Chiefs to a dramatic 38-35 win over the Eagles. “When I got tackled it kind of rolled to the outside a little bit. And once you have that high ankle sprain when any little tweak happens it just really magnifies it. My offensive line protected me enough where I was able to sit in there and get the throws,” Mahomes said.
