Don Morgan, the minister responsible for Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI), spoke on Monday following an announcement that SGI will be increasing support for Students Against Drunk Driving (SADD) by $85,000. Funds will help SADD create new chapters in Saskatchewan and educate youth about the risks of driving impaired.
