Unexpected twist overshadows Quebec’s Groundhog Day

Every Groundhog Day, a furry forecaster predicts how long winter will last by whether or not it sees its own shadow. That didn’t happen, though, on the 2023 edition of this tradition in Val-d’Espoir, Quebec. Eric Sorensen reports on the unfortunate twist this event took.
