On Feb. 1, a bylaw comes into effect on Banff prohibiting tobacco smoking and vaping in municipal parks and green spaces, on trails and pathways and at outdoor markets and events. Banff Mayor Corrie DiManno joined Carole Anne Devaney to talk about it.
